SMD will not use the personal data for other than to run SMD functions in alignment with TNB, except Gender data.
Once opted in, SMD has the right to use the data and personal data for the running of SMD functions in alignment with TNB including Gender data.
SMD will not sell the data to outsiders (i.e. outside TNB and its ecosystem of subsidiaries).
As per Password Control and cybersecurity mitigations, employ at the system and cloud services.
SMD will use the data as Corporate Memories to ensure past events are recorded for future decision making.
Personnel is required and compulsory to update any wrong data to SMD; and SMD is required and compulsory to correct wrong data if found/informed.
Personnel may inform SMD to correct their wrong personal data for correction; and SMD has the right to correct the wrong personal data.
